Qualification
Required
Active Real Estate License in the state of California
Understanding of the Real Estate industry and expertise in property transactions
Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
Knowledge of Real Property laws and practices
Ability to work independently in a remote capacity
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency with real estate tools, platforms, and market analysis
Strong networking and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Experience in luxury real estate is a strong advantage
