Supply Chain Data Analytics Intern

Responsibilities

Support a range of activities, including Report creating, dataset restructure and data clean up
Assists the Data Analytics team to improve existing reports
Assist with updating back-end datasets to improve refreshes and dataset load times
Assist with improving data pipelines into concise dataflows
Actively participate in cross-functional team initiatives, collaborating with various departments such as Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and IT
Collaborate with a team of cross-functional team mentors as well as the other interns in the class
Complete a special project and present the recommendations to senior management

Required

Pursuing an undergraduate degree with an interest in supply chain management, operations management, computer science or data science and must have completed a minimum of two years
Specific degree or field required: Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with visualization software (example: PowerBI, Tableau)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to think creatively and be a team player
Offer flexibility with a willingness to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Interest in attending various program events, including social gatherings, career development workshops, and more
Ability to commit to a 10-week, full-time summer program

Preferred

Knowledge of databases, Power BI, SQL/python is a plus
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry would be an asset but is not required
Familiarity with biopharmaceutical technologies, physical and life sciences, product development, and regulatory approval processes is desirable
