Responsibilities

Lead all day-to-day warehouse operations: receiving, stocking, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping
Supervise, motivate, and train warehouse staff—fostering a positive, productive team culture
Ensure accurate inventory records and implement procedures for tracking and storage
Oversee inbound deliveries and coordinate timely, efficient receiving processes
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility that meets OSHA standards
Collaborate with purchasing, customer service, and sales teams to ensure seamless order flow and customer satisfaction
Drive improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time using warehouse management tools

Required

3+ years of warehouse or operations management experience
Exceptional attention to detail and inventory accuracy
A strong, hands-on leadership style and solid interpersonal skills
A can-do attitude and the ability to keep a fast-paced environment running smoothly
The physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Lead by example

Preferred

Experience with inventory control systems and receiving processes (a plus!)
