Responsibilities

Meet and exceed all sales and operational KPIs, ensuring continuous market growth

Gather and communicate market intelligence and insights to corporate partners to influence strategic decision-making

Develop partnerships with key stakeholders to drive KPIs

Analyze reports and identify opportunities to increase revenue and market share within the assigned market

Work closely with retail sales associates, managers, and local industry leaders to ensure best-in-class merchandising and brand representation at retail locations

Facilitate all logistics for large group training sessions for retail sales associates and managers on Samsung products and services

Execute national go-to-market strategies for all product launches, ensuring seamless integration into the retail environment

Collaborate with 3PL partners to address staffing, performance management, and key market initiatives

Validate scheduling and workforce alignment with business needs in partnership with the 3PL team

Support operational effectiveness by overseeing co-employment challenges and providing solutions for seamless execution

Required

10+ years of directly related experience

Prior experience in sales generation and marketing methodologies

Demonstrated experience meeting and exceeding sales quotas

Prior experience managing a multi-unit team across a large geography

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to write, read, analyze, interpret, present, and explain wireless terminals technical product and development materials

Experience with Microsoft Standard Office Suite and extensive use of presentation software

Ability to travel throughout market up to 80% of the time

We are looking for this individual to be located in the Metro Detroit, MI market
