Source and evaluate new investment opportunities in Industrials and TMT
Build and own financial models, valuations, and investment committee materials
Lead and support due diligence, working closely with management teams and advisors
Play an active role in deal execution, structuring, and negotiations
Attend portfolio company board meetings and engage with senior management on strategic initiatives
Monitor portfolio performance and help drive value creation

Required

Strong financial modeling and investment judgment
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and take ownership of projects
