They are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Internal Marketing Lead Dispatcher to manage and coordinate inbound marketing leads, ensuring effective routing and maximizing conversion opportunities.

Responsibilities
Lead Management, Distribution and Reassignment
Receive, track, and evaluate incoming marketing-generated leads from Lead Automation Platform (Internet of Things)
Dispatch Service leads generated by Service Technicians to the Inside Sales Team
Assigning leads to the appropriate sales or account teams promptly to ensure rapid response times
Analyze lead conversion rates to determine lead quality and effectiveness
Monitor lead flow and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in routing
Collaborate with the Communications Team to refine lead assignment rules
Provide reporting based on source/campaign for internal leads generation
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in marketing coordination or lead management
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high lead volumes
Proficiency with CRM software (SAP C4C) Cloud for Customer
Ability to work independently
