Provide direct nursing care
Implement and monitor patient care plans
Monitor, record and communicate patients’ conditions
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders
Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs

Qualification

Registered Nurse (RN)Basic Life Support (BLS)Bachelor of Science in NursingNursing experiencePatient careCommunication skillsTeam collaboration

Required

Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program)
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
External applicants: two years of recent related nursing experience
Internal applicants with less than two years' experience, but post orientation/90-day probationary period, could be considered with the Chief Nursing Officer level review and approval
Will consider military RN experience
