AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Sanitation Supervisor at their Culinary Support Center in Warren, OH. This role directly manages the sanitation staff and inventory, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily sanitation operations
Schedule and train sanitation employees
Maintain inventory of disinfectants and other cleaning supplies
Keep documentation of cleaning schedule
Update our SSOP (sanitation standard operating procedure) as needed
Conduct workplace audits to ensure compliance with FDA regulations
Follow SQF (safe quality food) policies and GMPs (good manufacturing practices)

Qualification

HAACPFood production experienceManagement experienceBasic computer skillsCommunication skills

Required

High school diploma or GED certificate
Experience in a food production environment
Working knowledge of HAACP (hazard analysis and critical control points)
Communication skills
Basic computer skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree (a plus)
Management experience (a plus)
