Responsibilities

Review of Awards & Conduct market research and issue RFIs targeting socio-economic program participants
Prepare IGCEs and “Price Fair & Reasonable” determinations
Support award documentation including price negotiation memoranda and technical evaluation summaries
Perform burn rate reviews and process optimization audits
Analyze procurement workflows and recommend improvements

Required

Bachelor's Degree + 3 years of State or Federal Acquisition / Procurement experience
Experience in at least one of the following: Market research, Award support, Contract management, (Business) System analysis
Basic understanding and comprehension of the FAR
Strong analytical and documentation skills

Preferred

Familiarity with Hawaii University or similar institutions
Acquisition and Procurement experience in both the federal and state procurement levels and experienced with their unique regulations
