Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated team player who can also work with a high degree of autonomy and manage the print/pattern design work which is a large part of the brand DNA

This individual must be task oriented with a strong ability to be flexible with shifting priorities and deadlines

Ability to create original artwork, color stories, trends

Strong command of; cleaning original studio purchased prints, putting prints into repeat, color positions reducing (producible amount of screens for mkt)

Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator

Strong abilities in; print recoloring / pitching color standards/ color matching and accurate printed CAD art for product presentations is critical

Excellent command of s/off comments all-encompassing through to approval of final s/offs for production ready, including; technique, scale, placement , color matching, overall engraving for wet and digital/sublimation printing

Ability to track s/off phases of development according to a set timeline/ calendar

Maintain CAD library / files with intensive copyright rules and protocols
