Responsibilities
Interact daily with clients and be involved in various short- and long-term client projects to implement D365 BC SaaS for ETO manufacturing vertical clients
Serve as Subject Matter expert in Functional Areas and Industries
Execute/Deliver Design Workshops & User Acceptance Workshops
Proactively identify, analyze, and respond to issues and risks
Communicate updates and status to management
Technical proficiency around D365 BC or similar ETO manufacturing software
Suggest areas of improvement in methodology and internal processes along with potential solutions
Foster teamwork and maintain an inclusive environment for all team members
Remote role with travel to client sites, as needed
Qualification
Required
BS/BA degree or equivalent industry experience, preferably in a professional services or management consulting firm
3+ years' experience in an Engineer to Order Manufacturing company working with manufacturing and operational processes
Serve as Subject Matter expert in Functional Areas around Engineer to Order implementations
Strong written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Detail oriented, time management with ability to prioritize and align with leadership and client goals

Preferred
3+ years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and D365 BC or other industry specific manufacturing software
