Customer Service Temp
Solomon Page is a staffing and executive search solutions provider, and they are seeking a remote Customer Service Representative for a 3-4 month assignment. The ideal candidate will support customers through various channels while troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively.
Responsibilities
Support chat, phone, and ticket queues
Troubleshoot and investigate issues effectively with customers
Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary
Act as liaison between customers and support team
Log customer interactions using CRM software to help process improvements
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience with Salesforce CRM or another ticketing system
Ability to work independently
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult customer interactions with empathy and patience
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
