Responsibilities
Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting customers via telephone and email
Research issues with customer accounts and escalate internally as needed
Identify slow-paying customers and recommend collection candidates
Prepare and send monthly customer statements
Manage cash application, making sure all cash receipts are applied properly
Process customer credit applications
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
3-5 years collection and accounts receivable experience
Preferred
Experience with Oracle a plus
