Data Analyst - Cardio Partners
Sarnova is a national leader in emergency prevention and advocates against Sudden Cardiac Arrest. The Data Analyst will manage and analyze data across Sarnova’s IT systems, supporting SQL-based reporting and customer implementation projects to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting, analytics, and data validation
Design and build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and usability
Administer and configure web-based platforms to support business operations and customer-facing solutions
Collaborate with IT and business teams to support customer implementation projects, including data migration, configuration, and testing
Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights for business stakeholders
Ensure data integrity and compliance with security and privacy standards
Document processes, configurations, and data workflows for internal knowledge sharing
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues across systems and integrations
Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance reporting capabilities and system performance
Qualification
Required
2-6 years of experience in data analysis and reporting within IT or enterprise environments
Advanced SQL skills (complex queries, joins, stored procedures, performance tuning)
Hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design)
Experience with web platform administration and configuration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field preferred
Experience with customer implementation projects (data migration, onboarding) preferred
Familiarity with ETL tools, APIs, and data integration concepts preferred
Knowledge of healthcare or regulated environments preferred
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and data warehousing preferred
