Required

3+ years of experience in Interior Design role in home furnishings setting or design firm

Highly motivated, organized, detail oriented and consistently resourceful

Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and close sales

Experience managing client projects from start to finish

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills when interacting with customers and vendor partners

Kindness and patience

Must be very comfortable leveraging technology to support our business needs - Experience using Shopify, Shopify POS, Gorgias/Zendesk or similar CRM, Canva, Google Suite, Google Meet, Room Planner or equivalent

Ability to leverage and adhere to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Available to work in our Montclair, NJ showroom full time, 5 days per week. Weekends required. Flex schedule for 1 weekend off each month
