Responsibilities

Efficiently handle customer purchase orders, from preparation to review and routing

Monitor shipments, tracking costs, and timelines, while ensuring all necessary import paperwork is generated

Build and lead a high-performing logistics team, providing mentorship and guidance to foster professional growth

Maintain staffing levels and communicate daily route changes

Address driver inquiries and provide guidance to resolve issues effectively

Oversee wine inventory, inbound and outbound logistics, and implement controls to prevent errors or damage

Prepare, pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately

Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance

This role may involve physical activities such as climbing, bending, stooping, and kneeling, as well as assisting with palletizing large orders
