Regional Sales Manager (RSM) - US

Zycus, a leader in procurement technology, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to join their international sales team. The RSM will be responsible for acquiring new customers and closing enterprise deals in the North and South American markets, leveraging a consultative sales approach to build relationships with key stakeholders and achieve aggressive revenue targets.

Responsibilities

Drive sales of Certinal's product offerings to operating across key markets
Engage with prospects through a value-based sales approach, positioning Certinal as a strategic partner for their digital signature and consent management needs
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, navigating complex sales cycles of 1–3 months
Develop strong relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers, including CIOs, CFOs, Heads of Operations, and Compliance Officers, to understand their business challenges and deliver tailored solutions
Negotiate terms, pricing, and implementation timelines while protecting company interests
Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations, effectively articulating the value proposition of digital signatures in reducing TAT, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliance
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to drive expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Conduct in-person meetings with prospects and existing customers as needed to build relationships, understand business challenges, and close complex deals
Collaborate with other teams like Marketing, Product, Services, Engineering as required to drive deals to successful closure

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Finance, or a related field
5-10 years of direct sales experience in SaaS or enterprise software solutions, with a proven track record
Demonstrated ability to achieve 100%+ of quota consistently
Experience and comfort with travel for in-person client meetings and business development activities
Fluent in English, French and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Deep understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing
Strong consultative selling and value-based positioning skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders and C-level decision-makers
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with a passion for solving business challenges for clients
Team player with a growth mindset, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Technical acumen to understand and explain technical concepts, integrations, and compliance requirements to non-technical audiences

Preferred

Exposure to North and South American Markets, with knowledge of regional regulations and business practices preferred
