Create a customer experience
Build relationships in the community with realtors and homeowners
Qualification
Required
Must be a Licensed Realtor in the state of Tennessee
Minimum of two years Residential production home selling experience
Equivalent commissioned sales experience will be considered
Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times
Preferred
Positive and caring attitude
Outgoing, professional demeanor
Be able to exercise judgment and discretion
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Must be able to collaborate with other Team Members
Strong work ethic, reliable, punctual, and honest
Ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
Able to maintain confidentiality
