They are seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Team Lead to lead a team of SMEs for Oracle Financial Enterprise Business Suite, providing strategic advice, technical guidance, and support for financial systems modernization.

Responsibilities

Initiates, supervises, and/or develops requirements from a project’s inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs

Must be able to lead of team of SMEs for Oracle Financial Enterprise Business Suite

Update, maintain, and develop instructor led training of FSMS for TSA End users

Update, and maintain FSMS job aids

Provides strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff

Provides detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business field or Management Information Systems or related discipline

Over 12 years' of hands-on experience working with Oracle Federal Financial application including Oracle Federal Financials R12 implementation/support, testing and development of training documentation and materials

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Public Trust clearance

Previous Oracle modules knowledge and experience

Understand the Procure-to-Pay process, Order to Cash, Cost accounting, Budget to Report

Will have worked in a help desk environment

Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and projects with Strong, verbal, written, analytical, time management, and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft programs including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word and Excel

DHS Suitability (Public Trust or higher, as required)
