Responsibilities

Responsible for fragrance creation and briefing with vendors

Evaluate samples and provide feedback

Expand knowledge of fragrance trends and formulas

Assist in testing and reviewing new base formulas

Partner with R&D to explore innovation

Track development timelines and approvals

Organize fragrance samples and libraries

Ensure smooth communication across teams

Build strong relationships with fragrance houses and manufacturers

Navigate internal systems (SAP/PLM) to manage workflows

Monitor fragrance and beauty trends

Create inspiration decks for new product ideas

Support marketing and consumer testing needs

Required

5-7+ years related experience in fragrance and product development
