Responsibilities
Bring innovative product ideas to life, from concept to production
Identify new product opportunities, analyze industry trends, and get manufacturers/vendors for ingredients and formulations
Lead the formulation and development of new products
Identify and collaborate with diverse R&D suppliers and partners to bring in new ingredients, delivery formats, and emerging technologies
Manage product specifications throughout the lifecycle, ensuring scientific accuracy, inclusivity in formulation, and regulatory compliance
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in dietary supplement R&D, product development, or formulation
Strong understanding of nutrition science and ingredient interactions for optimal effectiveness
Excellent communication skills – ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, leadership, and external partners
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
