Responsibilities

Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems (servers, networks, storage devices)
Support cloud infrastructure tasks, including monitoring and optimization of AWS/Azure environments
Participate in network troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and documentation updates
Help implement security measures and compliance standards across infrastructure components
Contribute to automation initiatives using scripting and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools
Perform data backup and recovery tasks, ensuring system reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects and service desk escalations
Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing

Required

Working towards a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field graduating between December 2026 and May 2027
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) and operating systems (Windows/Linux)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
