Responsibilities

Lead and manage projects focused on regulatory compliance within the Power & Utilities sector
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational processes and efficiency
Drive risk and controls project teams, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices
Collaborate with clients to identify compliance challenges and develop tailored solutions
Provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements and industry trends
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Required

A bachelor's or master's degree
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Power & Utilities industry or consulting in the sector
Proven experience in regulatory compliance and understanding of operational processes in Power & Utilities particularly Work Management, Asset Management and/or Utility accounting
Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive project teams effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
Successful candidates must work in excess of standard hours when necessary
A valid passport is required

Preferred

A bachelor's or master's degree in business, accounting, finance, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline
Relevant certifications are a plus. PMP, Six Sigma, CPA, CA, CISA, CISSP, CISM, CBCP, CIA, CIPP, CGEIT certification is desired; non-certified hires are required to become certified to be eligible for promotion to Manager
