Executive Director of Sales, Fire EMS EAST

ESO is seeking a dynamic Executive Director of Enterprise Fire and EMS Accounts to lead efforts in securing corporate-level contracts with leading EMS and Fire agencies. This senior-level role focuses on driving strategic relationships and collaborating with regional Account Executives to win business and achieve revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with the top 50 health systems to position ESO as a trusted partner
Drive the process for securing enterprise-level agreements across target accounts
Partner with regional Account Executives to align on a coordinated “top-down” and “bottom-up” approach to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Stay informed on healthcare trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to tailor ESO’s value proposition
Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure long-term success and account growth
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on account strategies and deliverables
Achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets through strategic account acquisition and expansion

Required

Proven track record of securing and managing enterprise-level agreements
Extensive experience in SaaS sales
Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills at the C-suite level
Demonstrated ability to lead a complex sales process and manage multiple stakeholders
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with regional sales teams and internal departments
Analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
Bachelor's degree required

Preferred

Advanced degree in business or healthcare administration preferred
