They are seeking a People & Culture Generalist who will be responsible for organizing departmental tasks, preparing documents, and assisting with training and events to ensure an exceptional experience for associates.

Responsibilities
Preparing documents, keeping careful records, completing audits, and tracking information and progress are your strengths
You will keep organized files for all associates, prepare materials for celebrations and audits, and assist with many more administrative and operational tasks
You will assist in planning and executing training's, volunteer events, and more
You will exercise creativity while keeping tasks organized
You will manage tasks with minimal supervision, and welcome associates to the office and handle/direct their questions as needed
You will assist the Director of People & Culture with investigations, associate events, etc
Qualification
Required
3+ years of human resources experience
Experience with Marriott
Skilled in basic technology, Excel, Powerpoint/Canva, Word, and other programs
Basic mathematical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
