1+ years expAMLI Residential is looking for a Custodian to join our team at our 2 apartment communities. This full-time position plays a key role in keeping our community beautiful, welcoming, and clean for our residents and guests.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Keeping common areas, amenities, and grounds clean and tidy
Maintaining curb appeal by raking, sweeping, and seasonal upkeep
Caring for the pool and related equipment
Handling trash removal and maintaining exterior lighting
Taking care of janitorial supplies and cleaning equipment
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of work experience (experience in custodial or cleaning work is a plus!)
Comfortable lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs
A positive attitude and pride in your work!
