Work with regional and international clients on complex transactions including acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, shareholder relations, recapitalizations, and defenses against unsolicited takeover attempts

Engage in strategic advisory assignments and executions of public, including Initial Public Offerings, and private capital markets transactions

Collaborate with professionals throughout the firm to deliver high quality advice to clients

Required

Experience within the investment banking industry as an Associate with a proven track record working on executed deals

Commercial instinct and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines

Interest in developing a career in Healthcare Investment Banking

Bachelor's degree is required

Series licensing or must obtain
