They are seeking an IT Asset Management Analyst responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and cost control.
Responsibilities
Asset Lifecycle Management
Maintain accurate records of all IT assets within the Asset Management Database
Monitor and manage asset acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal processes
Ensure proper provisioning, re-purposing, and secure disposal of hardware assets
Receive and inspect returned assets, verify condition, and update inventory records accordingly
Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of IT assets
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Support automation initiatives for asset discovery and reconciliation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT Asset Management or Inventory Management
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
