Inside Sales Representative

Almo Corporation is a company focused on providing sales support to the Dealer appliance division. They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound sales leads, process orders, and maintain knowledge of promotions to assist dealers effectively.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales
Emphasize product features, quote prices, credit terms and prepare sales orders
Process orders
Respond to questions from dealer and outside sales by investigating policies, pricing, product features
Provide price quotes and information on back orders
Estimate date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of company policy and delivery schedules
Log into call groups and regional mailboxes and analyze eligibility for freight credits and over-charge credits. Hand off to Customer Care team for processing
Release orders placed by dealers in Almo Access order management system
Maintain knowledge of promotions, including time frame and key details, and inform dealers of promotion

Required

Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
1-2 years related experience
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook
Problem-solving ability and ability to think on your feet-- understand unique situations and circumstances and apply Almo policies to identify and communicate decision
Strong verbal communication skills that demonstrates confidence
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously/multi-task
