Responsibilities
Maximize profit on every deal through strong product presentation and lender structuring
Master all finance products, protection packages, and bank programs to deliver optimal customer solutions
Present and close finance and aftermarket products with confidence and urgency
Work closely with the sales team to push deals across the finish line
Structure deals to increase approval rates, backend gross, and customer satisfaction
Maintain compliance while driving strong production numbers
Qualification
Required
Aggressive, sales-driven mindset with a strong desire to win
Highly motivated, competitive, and money-focused
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Coachable and eager to learn advanced finance strategies
Preferred
Automotive finance experience preferred but not required for top performers
