Responsibilities
Develop and apply change management strategies to align leaders around cases for change, vision, and success
Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans, communication plans, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans
Create and monitor adoption, utilization, and proficiency of changes
Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan
Engage with communications, training, and related partners in the formulation of plans and activities to support project implementation
Assist participants in understanding what role they play in the change process and help move them across the "chasm" of emotion that exists in any transformational initiative with as little friction as possible
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field
2+ years of program or project management experience
2+ years as a change management lead
Strong knowledge of project and change management methodologies
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate complex technical and regulatory environments across multiple industries
U.S Citizenship or Work Authorization is required
Preferred
Master's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field
Previous consulting experience as a project or change management consultant
PMP or Change Management certification
