Treasury Sales Support Associate

Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Build strong relationships with our largest and most complex corporate clients, delivering exceptional service and resolving issues promptly
Implementation Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation of customer solutions, ensuring alignment and clear communication among all stakeholders
Proactive Issue Resolution: Identify and address potential challenges before they affect our clients or internal operations
Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Treasury Management Services to provide expert guidance and support
Quality Assurance: Consistently meet service level agreements related to implementation tasks and timelines
Client Communication: Ensure clear, consistent communication with clients to gather necessary information and facilitate a smooth onboarding process
Documentation: Prepare and manage all setup materials and agreements, obtain required signatures, and maintain comprehensive client records
Technical Support: Assist clients with hardware and software installation, offering thorough training and ongoing support
Client Transition: Serve as a liaison to the TM Support Specialist during initial account analysis and provide backup support when needed

Required

Minimum of 3 years in banking
At least 3 years in customer service, call center, treasury management, or operations
High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with technology and computer tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
Commitment to compliance and regulatory standards
Must pass a criminal background and credit check

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred
Experience with Treasury Management products and services
Familiarity with banking compliance and regulatory requirements
Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach
