Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
Minimum of 2 years of aerospace experience in systems engineering
Strong technical knowledge in systems integration and troubleshooting
Proficiency in systems modeling tools and programming languages relevant to aerospace applications

Preferred

Aircraft Systems knowledge or piloting background
Enhanced Ground Proximity Warning System(EGPWS) or TAWS experience
Aviation Safety experience or knowledge
FAA Regulations and industry standards knowledge
ARP4754, DO-178, DO-254, DO-160 knowledge
Agile development process knowledge and experience
TSO, STC and Aircraft Type Certification knowledge and experience
Interest and commitment to aviation safety
Knowledge of the systems development lifecycle
Individuals that quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts
Diverse and global teaming and collaboration
Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done
Ability to adapt dictated by project changes
Multi-tasking and has the ability to manage a variety of complicated tasks
Demonstrate an understanding of data structures to provide analytical problem solving
