Manufacturing Project Engineer I
ESPEC North America is a partner in environmental and accelerated reliability test chambers and solutions. They are seeking a Manufacturing Project Engineer I to support their Engineering Department, focusing on customer order reviews and custom chamber designs.
Manufacturing
Responsibilities
Understands and uses the problem solving process
Follows Engineering group procedures and ISO standards
Possesses basic understanding of various chamber model lines offered by ESPEC North America
Leads Customer Order review meeting
Understands Customer Order flow from Sales through Engineering
Coordinates engineering team members for custom chambers
Creates specification for approval packs and design packs
Reviews sales information from Customer Order pack to determine details of the custom chamber design
Reviews and writes manuals
Possesses a basic understanding of how to use the performance calculation tool
Communicates technical matters effectively to non-engineering personnel
Works under supervision
Regular, physical attendance is required
Other duties may be assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science in Engineering required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Basic 2D CAD proficiency
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the production shop
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry
