Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, lead generation, prospecting, etc
Use your interpersonal skills to develop, maintain and close new business opportunities
Effectively nurture and grow long-term relationships with new clients
Manage, track, and gather market intelligence using CRM tools and social media
Resourcefully and proactively identify and execute client growth opportunities within accounts
Determine and understand the business needs of the client, and their ideal candidate profile
Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets
Effectively negotiate pay rates
Partner closely and work collaboratively with recruiters to fill open positions
Qualification
Required
2-3+ years of staffing experience within ERP, SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle SAP/E-Business Suite, Lawson, Workday, ServiceNow
Ability to stay focused on tasks while sitting at a desk for long periods of time
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constant shifting demands
Exceptional interpersonal skills, especially the ability to communicate effectively over the phone
Strong problem-solving abilities
Openness to coaching and willingness to follow directions from supervisors and higher-ups
The ideal candidate will have experience closing deals of various sizes with diverse clients
