Qualification
Required
Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating complex data and market trends
Expertise in Finance and Financial Modeling for investment analysis and valuation
Proven experience with Due Diligence and Private Equity transactions
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software applications
Collaborative team player with excellent organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
Preferred
MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
Relevant industry or investment banking experience is a plus
