Responsibilities
Provide support for direct report Manager and front line staff
Oversee their respective team
Review and assignment of accounts to the case workers through MVTrac’s Account Movement Strategy Protocol
Ensure proper systems and procedures are in place to accurately report and approve:
Agent Fees/ Client Fee approvals for accuracy and submission to billing
Respond timely to any inquiries or requests
Assist other departments within the organization as needed
Documenting and processing client requests
Track each staff member's daily productivity and provide coaching as needed
Qualification
Required
1+ years of supervisory experience
2-4 years of experience in automotive finance, collections or related industries
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 2+ years experience in business management
Experience with recovery systems, forwarding models, and productivity tracking
Client (auto finance) experience
Presentation (PowerPoint/Google slides) skills
Energetic and self-motivated - must be well organized and able to make proactive recommendations
Servant leader attitude willing to invest and grow team members to support MVTrac clients
Enjoy a fast-paced, collaborative, positive, people-oriented; effective multi-tasking capability
