Responsibilities

Provide leadership to the FL-LLC Program, ensuring alignment with institutional goals for retention, engagement, and academic success
Supervise and evaluate professional staff, including program coordinators and administrative support personnel. Serve as administrative supervisor for Program Leads, with dotted-line coordination of Faculty Directors
Manage daily operations of the FL-LLC program, including procurement, human resources, student hiring, in coordination with Shared Services
Manage housing assignments assignments to work in conjunction with assignments regarding LLC assignments
Lead faculty recruitment efforts for any LLC Faculty Associate Program
Design and implement comprehensive training and onboarding for new Faculty Directors and Program Leads
Serve as primary liaison to a wide range of campus partners including University Housing, Admissions, Education Abroad, University 101, the Center for Integrative and Experiential Learning (CIEL), Office of Undergraduate Research, and others
Coordinate linked coursework, attributes, and program logistics in collaboration with campus partners
Maintain and update the FL-LLC Microsoft Teams platform to ensure effective communication
Support key recruitment and engagement events, including Orientation, Admitted Student Days, and Fall Visitation
Arrange and facilitate strategic leadership meetings with Program Leads to align operational priorities, foster collaboration, and ensure cohesive execution of the FL-LLC vision and initiatives
Lead the development and submission of the annual assessment report and blueprint for the FL- LLC program
Maintain data dashboards and ensure accurate reporting of key performance indicators, including GPA and retention data
Review and summarize Blueprint reports; provide data-informed insights to guide strategic improvements
Collaborate with the Director of Assessment in University Housing to analyze comparative data and communicate outcomes
Advocate for the FL-LLC program in university-wide planning, committee work, and interdepartmental initiatives
Represent the program in university communications, external reports, and national conferences as appropriate
Collaborate with the Office of Communications and Admissions to highlight student success stories, events, and key initiatives
Oversee digital storytelling efforts and ensure alignment with university branding and messaging standards
Contribute to divisional initiatives as assigned
Represent the division on institutional committees or task forces related to living-learning programs, student engagement, or residential education

Required

Requires a bachelor's degree in a job related field and 5 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience

Preferred

Master's Degree in higher education or related field
Seven years of full-time experience
Demonstrated success in strategic planning, program development, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration
Experience and understanding of student learning and living-learning programs (LLC)
Understanding of University Housing operations
Familiarity with University Housing operations and university systems such as PeopleSoft (HR and Finance), StarRez, Garnet Gate, and Blackboard
Strong understanding of assessment methodologies and data-informed decision-making
Experience developing collaborative relationships with faculty and administrative stakeholders
Proficiency in content creation and promotion through institutional and social media platforms
