Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and tracking of performance KPIs focused on efficiency, quality, safety, and turnaround time
Analyze production data to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
Partner with operations and site leadership to optimize workflow, capacity planning, and resource utilization
Champion lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints methodologies to streamline processes and reduce waste
Drive initiatives that improve on-time delivery, reduce rework, and elevate customer satisfaction
Develop and maintain standard work procedures, labor standards, and capacity models for maintenance operations
Lead continuous improvement and performance optimization projects across multi-site operations
Support capital investment decisions through ROI and performance impact analyses
Build and lead a high-performing team dedicated to operational performance and industrial engineering
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization

Required

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Operations Management, Aviation Maintenance, or a related discipline
10+ years of progressive experience in operations, industrial engineering, or performance management — ideally within aviation MRO or a complex environment
Demonstrated success implementing lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
Proven ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and convert insights into sustainable operational improvements
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
High comfort level working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and strong bias for action

Preferred

Knowledge of FAA Part 145 or other regulated operational frameworks (a strong asset)
