Responsibilities
Perform all the custodial duties for our beautiful 344-unit apartment community
Clean all exterior common areas, such as: stairways, pool areas, carports, laundry rooms, offices, and models daily
May also require painting as well as the use of backpack blowers and power washers
Qualification
Required
1+ year of apartment maintenance/custodial experience in multifamily property management
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, and crawl in confined spaces
Must be able to lift or maneuver up to 25 lbs. independently and 50 lbs. with assistance
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Flexibility to work on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Occasional travel to nearby properties or training sessions may be required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation needed
Preferred
Experience with RealPage, HappyCo, Yardi, or other property management systems
