Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive data analytics support to advance strategic goals—strengthening service reliability, enhancing performance, and identifying opportunities for product improvement
Develop foundational analytics capabilities that deliver insights into product usage, operational effectiveness, and user experience
Leverage modern analytics practices while ensuring strong data privacy and security protections
Enable internal capacity-building, collaborating with stakeholders, and applying data-driven methods to optimize processes across key value streams: Business, Performance, Equity, Privacy, Anti-Fraud, and Security
Delivers data visualization, analysis, and automation solutions that drive informed decision-making and advance the mission of the program
Qualification
Required
Must possess or have the ability to obtain Public Trust
Must have at least 7 years of experience
Bachelor's Degree Requires

Descriptive statistics (mean, median, variance)

Version control basics (Git) is increasingly expected
Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer or during meetings
Must be able to travel occasionally to client sites or company meetings
Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person, requiring clear speech, listening, and written communication skills
Ability to move within an office environment, including reaching for files, using office equipment, and occasional light lifting (up to 10 pounds)
