Responsibilities
Support the Vice President for Finance & Operations (VPFO) in providing oversight of campus projects
Identify new financial strategies to fund projects and enhance the overall financial strength of the university
Lead campus infrastructure improvements and beautification initiatives
Assist with facility projects and renovations, prioritizing facility-related initiatives
Ensure efficient use of campus facilities and support strategic financing and revenue generation tied to university facilities
Help ensure that campus spaces are designed and maintained to promote student success, community engagement, and overall well-being
Work closely with Facilities and the Business Office in moving projects forward while minimizing immediate and long-term costs to the university
Work with campus leaders to identify new and improved revenue-generation ideas that will improve the overall financial health of the university
