Regional Clinical Manager
Agiliti is a healthcare company that provides equipment and services to improve patient outcomes. The Regional Clinical Manager is responsible for supervising and guiding a team of clinical/product specialists to enhance sales strategies and ensure effective implementations of services for new and existing customers.

Responsibilities
Manages and coach a team of clinical/product specialists to fully leverage their clinical expertise to provide value to current and new Agiliti rental and Onsite customers
Works with specialists to establish priorities, territory plans and allocation of time to expand existing and implement new customers accounts
Oversees the training of specialists to ensure they have the resources required to successfully fulfill their responsibilities
Ensures specialists are partnering with Territory Executives and SES Solution Specialists to assist with effective implementations for new rentals and Onsite customers
Partners with corporate and implementation teams to identify best practices and areas for improvement within the implementation process. Assist in the development and execution of plans to address these areas
Identifies customer education best practices and work with corporate staff to implement nationwide
Assists specialists in establishing productive, professional relationships with key clinical personnel/management in assigned customer accounts, including KOL development, identification of clinical advisors, reference accounts, case studies and membership on clinical committees designed to improve patient outcomes using Agiliti products/services
Communicates with district, divisional and national sales management and marketing on sales and territory plans and status of competitive activities
Performs Clinical Specialists responsibilities for a small territory in addition to management responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of prior management experience required
Travel up to 50%
Ability to influence and articulate message at all levels within organization
Excellent collaboration and team-building skills
Strategic thinker – quickly assess big picture and integrate into solution set
Demonstrated strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication, and presentation skills to include ability to influence and persuade
Results and goal oriented
Experience with training, leading in-services and/or orienting team members to clinical improvement and or medical products
Maintains high level of business knowledge and professionalism to meet changing (daily/weekly/monthly) requirements
Demonstrated computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications
Keeps current on healthcare trends, emerging specialty equipment, product knowledge and sales tools
Maintains open and consistent communication with sales and operations leadership to ensure customer service level agreements and high customer satisfaction scores are achieved
Preferred
BSN/Baccalaureate Degree in clinical discipline preferred
Business related coursework/degree desired
Minimum 2 years of medical device product sales preferred
Knowledge of healthcare, hospital industry, medical equipment industry preferred
Preferred experience with marketing, training or sales support with healthcare service or product company
