Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer-related questions and concerns
Identify and resolve customer issues proactively to prevent escalation
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary
Guide customers through available services and processes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within internal systems
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
Build positive, long-term relationships with customers to improve satisfaction and retention
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively
Detail-oriented with solid administrative and computer skills
Comfortable using digital tools and online communication platforms
Customer-focused mindset with a professional and friendly approach
Access to a computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone
Reliable and secure internet connection
Ability to work remotely with a flexible schedule
