Provides care appropriate to the patient population served and daily routine patient care needs
Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to deliver care as outlined by the nurse
Performs a variety of duties and may serve as a health unit coordinator, monitor tech, perform secretarial or clerical duties for unit leadership, or serve in another specialized capacity as unit needs dictate
Adheres to a culture reflective of Centra's best practices for quality and service
Creates and maintains a safe patient environment
Contributes to a healthy work environment
Qualification
Required
Certified Nursing Aide certification
Ability to perform patient care and clerical duties
Collaboration with interdisciplinary team
Adherence to laws and regulations for a Certified Nurse Aide as outlined by the Commonwealth of Virginia
Ability to create and maintain a safe patient environment
Contribution to a healthy work environment
