This role is responsible for driving high performance across multiple teams through effective program management and performance coaching, while partnering with senior leaders to execute strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

Evaluates, assesses, and analyzes performance results to identify gaps in people development, process efficiency, and performance consistency

Leads activities that address performance opportunity gaps and provides coaching to teammates and managers to drive higher performance

Provides program leadership with a focus on customer relationship expansion opportunities that support goal achievement and performance improvement

Develops, implements, and operationalizes Retail programs through implementation, process design, and the use of technology for optimal efficiency

Supports the implementation of business changes in partnership with Retail Leaders

Accountable for meeting assigned performance goals associated with, but not limited to, retail production, customer experience and relationship expansion, and teammate experience

Works with various business partners to build and sustain collaboration across lines of businesses
