Finance & Administration Manager

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the Visit Eau Claire accounting and payroll process
Manage all aspects of the Sculptures Eau Claire accounting process
Develop and maintain accurate financial reporting systems
Prepare and manage annual operating budgets ($2–$3M) and forecasts
Ensure timely month-end and year-end close and reporting
Coordinate annual audit and tax filings with CPA firm
Ensure compliance with all federal and state tax requirements
Manage operational functions including contracts, insurance, and office phone and systems
Serve as liaison to the Board of Directors and committees; prepare agendas and materials
Prepare organizational policies and directives
Research and implement best practices for operational efficiencies and continuous improvement
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain HR records
Facilitate performance management and employee relations
Administer compensation and benefits programs (health, 401k)
Coordinate with third-party providers for benefits and retirement plans
Administer Special Projects Grant funding program
Maintain grant software program and records
Facilitate Grant Committee activities and manage application cycles

Required

Degree in accounting, finance, or related field required
Minimum 5 years in financial management with exposure to HR and administrative functions

Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Google Suite, and Excel
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
