Responsibilities

Law School Recruiting

‎Assist with summer program and on campus recruiting ‎initiatives

‎Schedule attorney interviews and lunches

‎‎Assist with the planning and implementation of training programs

‎Reserve conference rooms, order meals, create and distribute e-mail and other ‎invitations; compile and distribute program materials; coordinate program logistics for presentations

‎Help coordinate and calendar campus and recruiting events

Greet candidates for summer associate interviews

Process student and vendor reimbursements

Input/organize application data in applicant tracking system (resumes, transcripts, evaluations, letters)

Update branding and graphics for presentations and events; distribute giveaways

Maintain relevant trackers for active candidates and summer associates

Draft letters and emails for team
