Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and commercial roles
Source candidates using networking, social media, job boards, and direct outreach
Screen resumes and conducts initial phone interviews
Coordinate interviews, perform final assessments, and manage offer processes
Act as the primary liaison between candidates and the company throughout the hiring lifecycle
Communicate role details, benefits, and employment terms to selected candidates
Prepare and issue offer letters and support offer acceptance
Maintain accurate candidate documentation and hiring records
Set up and manage HR records for new hires
Qualification
Required
Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (technical and/or commercial hiring)
Strong sourcing and candidate screening capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort working in a remote environment
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and basic HR documentation
Preferred
Experience recruiting for technical roles
Familiarity with social recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, networking tools)
Experience handling offer negotiations and candidate close
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Prior experience supporting high-volume or fast-paced hiring environments
