Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Mid-level DevOps Engineer to develop and manage a container platform that addresses client needs using cloud technologies. The role involves developing software for container management, supporting strategy and design, and enhancing clients' environments with container solutions.

Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and secure a container platform that meets client needs
Develop container management software to solve clients’ challenges
Support team in informing strategy and design while ensuring standards are met throughout the containerization process
Recommend resources to help clients manage and securely adopt containers
Strengthen DevOps skills while supporting the development of critical cloud platforms
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience with AWS Cloud building and supporting DevOps tools and continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
4+ years of experience with containerization, building images, and orchestrating deployments in Kubernetes
4+ years of experience with infrastructure-as-code environments, including automated server or network configurations, large-scale software deployments, or monitoring and testing
3+ years of experience managing tools deployed with Helm, and with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
2+ years of experience developing custom applications and supporting them in a production environment
Knowledge of container networking, monitoring, and storage solutions
Knowledge of container security technologies and evaluating and mitigating or resolving vulnerability findings
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree
Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of hire date
Preferred
Experience with identifying and implementing automation to improve user experience
Experience with scripting in Bash, PowerShell, Python, Groovy, or Ruby
Experience with system integration using a variety of protocols, including JSON, REST, and XML
Experience with leveraging JSON, YAML, or XML for configuration
Experience with the OWASP Software Assurance Maturity Model or DevSecOps Maturity Model
Cloud Certification, including AWS, Certified Solutions Architect Associate Certification, Google Certified Professional – Cloud Architect, or MCSE – Cloud Platform and Infrastructure Certification
